WHAT IT IS

Completely customised programming delivered remotely. I design your program based on your goals and equipment (gym or home). You train independently on your schedule. I track your progress weekly, adjust your weights and reps, and update your program every 6 weeks based on what's working.

This is for people who want the personalisation of private coaching with the flexibility and privacy of training alone.

Anyone who can't access the studio regularly due to location or schedule. People who prefer training independently but want personalised coaching and expert feedback. Anyone already training who wants guidance without the time commitment of in-studio sessions.

Also great as a next step for private PT clients ready to train more autonomously.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Basic home equipment (dumbbells, bands etc) or access to a gym

  • Ability to film your own lifts (phone camera is fine)

  • Commitment to actually doing the program (this isn't motivation-based coaching—you drive it)

HOW IT WORKS

  • Initial Assessment
    Fill out a detailed form about your history, equipment, space, and goals. We schedule a call to clarify everything.

  • Program Design
    I design a 6-week program customised to your equipment, space, and goals.

  • Training & Check-Ins
    You train on your schedule. Check in every Monday (video, photos, or written—whatever works for you).

  • Video Feedback
    Send videos of key lifts. I provide detailed feedback on form, progression, and anything you're unsure about. Optional—only if you want it.

  • Program Adjustments
    Weekly adjustments to weights and reps based on progress. Every 6 weeks, you get a completely new program with new exercises and new challenges.

PREMIUM ONLINE COACHING
$85/week (minimum 6-week commitment)

6-week customised program + weekly check-ins, video feedback, direct access, and program adjustments every 6 weeks.
