Semi-Private PERSONAL TRAINING.
WHAT IT IS
Semi-private classes are small group coaching—4-8 people maximum—with fully customised programming. You're not following along to a choreographed class. You're training with other people while I coach you individually within that group.
Everyone gets the same structure, but different weights, different variations, different progressions based on where you actually are.
That's the sweet spot: the accountability and energy of training with others, plus the personalisation you actually need.
who it’s for
Women new to strength training who want expert guidance and community. People who like training alongside others but get lost in big group fitness classes. Anyone who prefers a scheduled, structured commitment with personalisation at a more accessible price. Men and people of all ages welcome if you're ready to train serious.
