WHAT IT IS

The Rep Collective is a group coaching program that runs in 6-week cycles. Everyone follows the same training program. You train independently at home or a gym, on your own schedule. Weekly Saturday check-ins where you self-report on training and nutrition. An optional in-person launch session at Coburg North kicks off each cycle.

It's group accountability without losing the personalisation. Community without the anonymity.

HOW CYCLES WORK

  • In-person launch session at Coburg North kicks off each cycle (optional but highly recommended)

  • Programs and nutrition tracking delivered via the ZD Coaching App

  • Every cycle has a theme that extends beyond lifting—consistency, training through chaos, etc.

  • 6-week cycles that roll into each other. Join anytime. Missing a cycle doesn't matter.

  • Weekly Saturday check-ins where you report on training and nutrition. I adjust your approach based on progress throughout the cycle.
